The first snowfall dusts the slopes of local Ski Resort, Stevens Pass....

A sign that winter is close, and skiing and snowboarding are on the way. Hit the slopes from Monroe, we have all the good stops and places to check out.

 
Stop #1
Route 2 Taproom - offers discounts if you show your lift ticket to them! Route 2  is just the type of place to relax after a fun day on the Pass. When you walk inside your comforted by the smell of fresh, flavorful dishes. The staff are all friendly and the atmosphere is warm, lively and they even have fire pits outdoors if your conversation carries there. Warm up with some pints, a cider or grab a tasty entree. BUT be sure to show them your lift ticket for the discount!

STOPS #2
When it comes to drinks depending on your tastebuds- we have all the liquid local arts. From award winning breweries to some viral coffee stops, check out a few we recommend. 
Coffee? We have you covered with a Mocha, you wish you knew about sooner. Delicious homemade chocolate sauce made at Monroe Coffee Co. Woman owned, Heather even roasts her own blends, and the flavors are a coffee lover's dream. Cinnamon Roll Saturday is a thing here in Monroe so, make sure you get one to go before heading up the Pass. You'll thank us later. 

Heading back?

Burnt Barrel Whiskey Bar is known for their creative flare on drinks. This is not your average bar, a touch of sass and crafted cocktails that will kiss you on the lips. Located in the heart of Downtown Monroe, you'll be able to play some games with your friends or mellow out listening to some fine tunes sipping your signature drink.
