Fields hunt by age group, each field hunts one at a time, field start times will be announced by the events DJ.
Lots of things to do! Hands on activities provided by local organizations and businesses.
Are you an organization or business interested in having a booth at the event? Or are you interested in volunteering to help? Please contact Katie Darrow at kdarrow@monroewa.gov for more information.

Vendor Booths:

Attached is the application for the 2025 event with details for vendor booths and/or donations. Vendors may show up at 8am to begin set-up, and all booths must be set and ready for the public to arrive by 9am. No sales will be allowed at booths. The egg hunt will start at 10am.

Volunteering:

For volunteers, I will be looking for roughly 15 volunteers for the event and will be coordinating this effort. If you are interested in volunteering or know someone or an organization who might be interested, please let me know the name and contact information for the volunteer or organization.

Event Sponsors:

If you make a donation to the event for eggs/prizes by March 14, your business can be listed as a sponsor on the event poster. If you submit a donation, please email your logo to kdarrow@monroewa.gov by 12pm on March 14 to be included on the poster.

If you know of a group, organization or business that would like to be involved hosting a booth or providing a financial donation this year please pass this on to them and let me know their contact information.

Thank you all for your help and participation, without each of you, we would not be able to make this such a great community event.
