Super Saturday

Monthly event featuring specials and promotions

 Organized by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and partially funded by Monroe LTAC.

Music In The Park

Free Live Music Concerts Fridays in July

 Music in the Park is a free summer concert series playing every Friday in July at Lake Tye Park!


There will be food trucks, a beer garden and live music! Come out and enjoy the fun!

Fair Days Parade and Market

Grand Parade celebrates Evergreen State Fair

It’s all about our “Summer Days & Country Ways” in the 81st Annual Fair Days Parade and Market. Monroe’s favorite summer time event will feature appearances and performances from the Monroe high school cheerleaders, the drift and drag cars from Evergreen Speedway, the Seafair Pirates, Smokey the Bear, multiple princesses, Boys and Girls Club, various equestrian teams, Ronald McDonald house and many more.

Light Up Monroe

Tree Lighting Festival

Join us Sunday, Dec 1, 2019 for Light Up Monroe. 


We've got Santa, carolers, hot cider, reindeer food, of course the amazing tree lighting planned for you on Sunday, December 1!


So grab the kiddos, invite your friends and family and head on down to Monroe this Thanksgiving weekend!


Ceremonial lighting of tree begins shortly after Santa arrives.


Thanks to the amazing efforts from Monroe Windermere our tree has been professionally decorated with highest quality lights we could find and given a huge face lift! Monroe Windermere spearheaded the financial efforts to find 4 other sponsors to help pay for the lights that brighten Traveler's Park during the holiday season!
