Light Up Monroe
Join us Saturday, Dec. 3rd in Monroe to celebrate the winter season and ring in the holidays with our annual tree lighting ceremony, Light Up Monroe!
Downtown Monroe will be alive and festive for the holidays with live music, crafts, indoor market, local business retail specials, FREE pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus and so much more!
So grab the family and all your friends and come on out to Downtown Monroe for a great day of holiday cheer and shopping!
The Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place at 5 pm at the corner of Lewis and Main.
Schedule of events:
8:00 am to 9:30 am – Ben Franklin Crafts & Frame Shop – Monroe WA will be hosting their Saturday Sampler class from 8:00 – 9:30 am (http://www.bfranklincrafts.com/
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm – Ben Franklin Crafts & Frame Shop – Monroe WA will be hosting a Make & Take class. You can a Directional Sign for $12 and/or Angel Earrings for $3 and/or join in their Ornamentally Yours Series and make holiday ornament.. (Visit their website for more information)
1:00 pm to 4:30 pm- Join us at Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Information Center for FREE pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. ** Please bring your camera to capture the perfect photo. **
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm-Caroling and local musicians singing and playing your favorite traditional songs and music. (Schedule TBD)
