Our 6 week women’s boot camp will provide athletic-based training with accountability, direction and encouragement. Our hour-long training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work and balance training to get you into shape. We will also be providing nutritional advice, so you get the most out of your training.
Boot Camp Summary
Duration: 6 Weeks, 2 Classes per week (Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30)
Class Size: 4 to 10 people to allow for individual coaching.
Typical Session: Warm up, skills instruction and practice, end with a workout.
Cost: $225 ($25 Discount for Military, Police, Fire, Students or if you sign up with a friend)
Optional: $290 this includes your first visit with our certified Nutritionist.
