Sound engineering and speaker design are topics that could fill years of study, but you can build your own rudimentary speaker with a magnet and some copper wire!
We’ll discuss the relationship between electrical energy and sound energy, magnetism, and frequency. Tinkering is always encouraged!
This activity involves small parts, cutting with scissors, and requires some fine motor skills to manipulate the copper wire.
Bringing your own music device is recommended, but not required. Space is limited; please register.
