Adam is the proud owner of Adam’s NW Bistro and Twin River Brewing. Adam’s Northwest Bistro & Brewery focuses on taking Northwest ingredients, and turning them into something good and comforting on your plate. They pride themselves in making their dishes from scratch, from their slow cooked braises and hand formed burgers, to the hot soups and even the Bacon! Not only is their food from scratch but they brew their own hand-crafted beers next door also. Their goal is to provide you with service and atmosphere as if you were eating in your home.

Traci Lockhart-Hobbs
Traci Lockhart-Hobbs is a third generation Washington girl, a Husky alum, has 26 years in radio advertising, John’s mom and is married to Doug Hobbs.

Her current job is Director of Sales & Marketing at the Evergreen Speedway in Monroe.  She helps operate High Road Promotions with her husband Doug Hobbs. Their company has a long term agreement with Snohomish County to operate and maintain Evergreen Speedway at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds. They produce events year round for multiple classes of motor sports as well as auto racing events during the annual Evergreen State Fair.
